Dear Mr. Lipperman:
My father, sister and I would like to express our extreme gratitude for my mother, Ruth papa's care from may 28, 2016 through July 30, 2016. She intitially was transferred to your facility for post-fractured pelvis rehabilitation, but unfortunately she also suffered a stroke, shortly after her initial admission.
Prior to her stroke my family and I were very impressed at the efforts made by your physical therapy and occupational therapy staff to help her begin to walk once again. After her stroke, once again, this same staff and your speech therapists tried very hard to help her recover from the additional neuroloical deficits she suffered. Sadly this was not to be as she died at the hospital.
The nursing staff we encountered were knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I can't say that enough because kidness is the most important quality that can be offered when an ill person or their family is so overwrought. I will not be able to list everyone we encountered, for fear of leaving one person out, but please convey to all of your staff, including the non-medical portion, our thankfulness at the care she recieved at your Center.
Thank you again.
